Is there an entry form for non HSV members?
Think I better PM him too
I,m the same, i,ve got my HSV entry....but thats it!!!
As I stated before, the entry form I have is for HSV/HDT members only. And it is an entry form made up for and by HSV/HDT club and only for the HSV/HDT club members. The fee for this event is for the HSV members only, and cheques are made payable to the HSV/HDT Club only. Members only of the HSV/HDT club are eligible for trophies, according to the entry form. Therefore, this has nothing to do with the Monaro club.
TAKE NOTE: The trophies are only for HSV Club MEMBERS, that meet certain HSV criteria, that submit the HSV/HDT form to the HSV/HDT club.
This form and trophies have nothing to do with the Monaro Club or the organisers of this event ie. Street Commodores. It is an in-house (HSV/HDT Club) event, as far as trophies are concerned.
As for the Monaro Club, we are yet to hear from the Prez as to what is happening for our club and to our committment.
Hope this clarifies things somewhat.
BRAD: are you entering??
I was under the impression that there was to be some form of "official" invitation from the HSV Special Events Co-ordinator for members of the Monaro Car Club of NSW. I may have been mistaken cause I was a little pre-occupied last meeting writing.
I've been waiting for that invite too, but haven't heard anything since the meeting

thats why the calendar for it hasn't been updated with more info. Only what I found off Street Commodores site.
Pete,
The entry form that I have recieved and completed is not from Theo. Theo is the "Social Events Co-ordinator" for the HSV/HDT club not the "Special Events Co-ordinator".
At the last meeting Theo was organising the combined club Hydro/Bathurst Show 'n' Shine for the same weekend the proposed Orange run is booked for. I don't recall him mentioning any organisation of this event with the HSV/HDT club.
Both Theo and Rob did mention this show to me. There was supposed to be someone from the HSV Club talk about it at our last meeting but didn't come. Though they didn't tell me more info than that what I thought street commodores were hosting it (due to seeing this only on their site), and they said no.
I.ll go back to my first post where i thought it all a bit strange that on the official Street Commodores website it said that the NSW Monaro Car Club was entered. Not well done
Hi,
There is an Advert in the La-*test*-('") Australian Muscle Car Mag regarding this Show
on page 61 and it states the different clubs that are involved and guess
What, Monaro Club of NSW is there in all its Glory, even with a Phone No for the
Monaro Club to Contact for Information!!
