I was just reading on the Street Commodores webby that there is the 2007 Holden Muscle Car Day on at Fairfield on June 3. It says a few car clubs are attending including ours.
Does anyone know about this!!!

Hmmmm would'nt trust em as far as I could push a rusty old Datsun...they are mostly 16 yr old kids on there ,hence why Chubby is such an icon.

MMM, its actually all official according to them, if you go to their site, go to cruises section and onto NSW area their news section will appear in the middle and scroll down, hopefully someone on here can shorten all this for me.

I mentioned this show in my list last week.
It is being run by the HSV Club of NSW and someone from there committee
is coming to one of our club meetings to fill us in, it will be a lot more than
modified cars, they also want True Aussie Holden Muscle Cars including MONAROS.

Sounds like there might be some decent cars there.

Got my magazine from the HSV club today and in it was included an entry form for this day.

Also in the magazine was an article stating in relation to the entry fees ($70 for HSV club) "Expensive? YES! So we decided to call upon the MONARO, XU1 and A9X Clubs to join in and share the cost." (HSV Club Mag April/May 2007 p.10)

Does anyone from our club (Monaro) have any information as to our committment??

I'm almost certainly going to this event. Have filled out the entry form for the HSV Club. Does Mr Prez know what our club's committments are for the day??
