I have just read today's Daily Telegraph & it has been reported that GM not GMH have decided to temporarily shelve the Coupe 60 as they develop more eco-tech cars.

It has not been dropped but only shelved until a later time when they will decide whether to produce this car.

Typical bloody wanker yanks - no f-----g idea - anyway it's now just a matter of waiting to see what happens.

Also I am hearing rumours that Biante & or Classic Carlectables MAY???? produce the Coupe 60 in 1/18 size just las they did with Effy - it will sell like hot cakes.

The yanks seem content at the moment with marketing the pontiac sedan - which got a 2 page write up & of course the sports truck ve

Who knows if after the US market has absobed the sedan & sports truck after a few years & if they were popular ,maybe then there'd be some marketing milage in the production of the Coupe ..

Agreed and if enough of us make enough noise you just never know it might be. Still love my CV8 though hope when the time comes there may be 2 to choose from in my driveway.

Hmm read all articles but it was funny my car dealer asked me if I would like to put my name down as there is something in the wind and later this year so go figure...? this was when i picked up the HULK...and yes I would buy one .

FUEL are just some of the positive reasons why the c60
would be a viable everyday useable vehicle.

I read in that same weeks Telegraph {?} an article on the split 4/8 cyl system which is already fitted on the exported US pontiac Sedans.
Although the reviewer sensed the momentary change from 4-8 .cyls i THINK
this will be the future in larger cc vehicles.

am expecting the values to drop even further as fuel gets higher & the model is percieved to be older .
