Maybe a couple of initial meeting points with a final rendevzous closer to Eastern Creek .

TW will need us set up early for good photography before the general public get in & we hit the track too...

Well since i can take one step to get there, i'll see you all there. I'm planning to be one of the first through the gate, so yes..... the camera will be out!

So what is happening? Are we going to all meet up somewhere & go into EC together? or do we just turn up individually & get parked away from each other so we can't set up as a club? Is anyone out there organising a meeting point?

OK folks there is no "official" meeting point so that we can go in together and line up as a group. Gates open at 7. What say we all meet at Gate 7 around 7.30am?

I wasn't there last year so I don't know what the turn up was like around this time and yes I know it was monsoonal and last year can't indicate what will happen this year. Just a suggestion.

Any other ideas or feedback welcome.

Im not hughly familiar with the area but why dont we meet on the southern side Ferrers road , horsley park ( is there a supermarket or macca in that area) and then drive in together and park together at 7.30 or so we will have to come fron that way to get in to gate 7.There might be less traffic from the general public on that side going to the main carparks.

If last year is anything to go by, no matter what time we get there, there will be a queue. Public also can come in in gate 7 remember. There's only 1 road into gate 7 that feeds off Brabham Drive as well.

I agree with Pete with a meet at the gate or the road leading up to the gate, I'm not going further south to backtrack back to the track. Just keep in mind our parade lap time and the possible wait to get into and onto the track/skidpan.

Instead of turning right at the round-a-bout down Ferrers Rd to Gate 7, we could turn left & meet at Gate 2 from 7am, heading off around 7.30 to join the line up at Gate 7 .

Haven't got my letter with me, but I think the public entry is from 8am so hopefully it'll be a little quieter at Gate 2 around 7 - 7.30.

Hi aii, where we are going to have to be careful is when we are doing the parade laps at 9 there will still be cars coming onto skidpan looking for somewhere to park.We are probably going to have to cordon off our area. And as far getting there together its the only way to go as remembering last year the guy in charge wasnt interested in parking in clubs just park in the order you come in.I still dont understand how their going to have enough room on the skidpan as last the whether was terrible and it looked full and this year theyve given us 35 spots , i,m thinking the earlier the better .Hope your all well and ill see you there.

Yes its me again im still around, sorry to all those who have not seen / felt my presence of late.

On topic, for this years AMCM my suggestion is this, just get there when ever you want, there will be that much traffic around the area that it will end up in a poop fight either way. Once inside then you can start to worry about other things going on. Im guessing that if each club has been given allocated entry numbers then it SHOULD also be allocated parking areas. Im not sure of any of this yet, as you may have worked out i been laying real low of current.

Mr LOWGTO, while on it im a Tigers fan through n through, in the blood the bones and so on. As for contacting Vince from INJECTD im yet to do so but it is on the list! Sorry mate.

Hi all, i just got my paperwork for MCM and they have got me in the purple group, i heard you guys mention the tan group, have they given me the wrong colour or are they splitting us up. Has anyone else got a purple sticker.

I'm definately in the tan group with a 9am parade session. Might have to check your group listing with the organisors... doesn't sound right .

I reckon we all meet on the road outside Gate 7 between 7 & 7.30am & then we all follow each other in as a club that way we are all together.

Hi aii, i had to ring Phil Harrison at EC to ask why i received a purple sticker and it was a mistake on their behalf. Whilst i had him i asked if there would be areas set aside for individual clubs etc and he said no. He said you have to organise yourselves however it should be easier to do than last year because if you look at the diagram of the skidpan they have THE MIGHTY LION section the f**d section amongst others. I,m aii for meeting outside and rolling in together.

Ne space or way we can get two cars in with you, we noticed closing date for individual was weeks ago, some one here forked up, will call EC today or monday to see what the go is, surely you can roll up on day and enter a display area, not just general carpark?
