MCM's gonig to be my Father's Day pressie... my young fella's takin' me...! . Anyone got an AC/DC tellie so we don't have to miss out on all of Sandown...? Can always get it taped & watch it in retrospect I suppose.

It's always the case - it's either a feast of a famine. On that day we have Father's Day, The Australian Muscle Car Masters at EC, the V8's are on at Sandown & also the Grand Finals for football (soccer to you uneducated people). I will be at EC for the AMC, I will tape the V8's & hope someone doesn't tell me who won & then I will going over to Marconi Stadium to referee a grand final sometime early in the evening. Boy what a weekend & guess what the following w/end I have NOTHING DOING.

Okay CW lets get this right, you want to record the v8s, attend the MCM with possibly tens of thousands of petrolheads and not hear the result GOOD LUCK BUDDY!!! In aii seriousness if you left the MCM by no later than 4 you would be right as its not likely you would hear anything until the final result.

I got my entry confirmation today for the MCM - the Monaro club is in the Tan Group & we will be the first club to do their parade laps (3) at 9am.

What did our final attendance numbers end up at...? Last I heard (in the August newsletter) we had 29 of 35 places filled.

Where / what time are we meeting...?

If our parade lap is 9am, what time to we have to be in & set up...?

Dicko - by the paperwork I got it says we have to be in by 9am - we will have to be considering we are the first lot onto the track. We should all meet up prior to entry so we all can go in as a club & then display our cars together. What say you El Presidente?

Checked the mail & my stuff arrived too...! There wasn't an entrant window sticker though . Are these being sent to the club or should I chase it up with the event organisor...?

Keen to meet up & arrive a little early to "mark our stamping ground" prior to our 9am parade lap session . Staying in Lurnea for the weekend (livin' the high life) with some friends so I can meet anywhere, anytime...

There's a few of us on the north side trying to hook up early and cruise on over which is a bit of a stretch from Lurnea mate. We'd probably be going along the Cumberland to either the M4 or Great Western then down to the Creek.

So I don't know how we'll get our act together, there a few like the commander, HT69R the VP and Pres coming over from the south west maybe a hook-up with them might be in order. Otherwise would love to meet up with ya.
